       Immigrant Victims of Violence

Casa de Esperanza will also assist those individuals who are victims of violence and would like to self-petition for legal status in the United States. We will make arrangements for you to have an advocate who speaks your language.

Self-Petitioning may available if you are the spouse or child of an abuser, or you may qualify to apply for a U-visa.  There are some basic requirements our staff will review with you during your first appointment.  If we cannot help, we have other resources and referrals.  Like Casa, those other agencies do not charge for services.

If you, or someone you know, needs help please call or contact us.
