Affirmations are about changing your mindset. When outside stimuli feeds negative thoughts and ideas your self-confidence suffers.
Changing your mindset takes daily practice - affirmations. These positive thoughts are best done several times a day either written or said out loud. The idea is to envision what you are writing or saying. Start with a simple affirmation and remember to say it everyday.
